Privacy notice

Last updated 24 August 2026

This notice explains what happens to your information when you use this website. It is short because this website does very little with your data.

What this website collects

Nothing automatically. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no tracking cookie on this site, which is why you are not being asked to accept any cookies.

If you use the early access form, it opens a message in your own email application addressed to us. Nothing is sent anywhere until you press send in your own email client, and we only receive what you choose to include in that message.

What we do with an early access enquiry

If you email us to ask about early access, we keep your message and your contact details so that we can reply and let you know when early access opens. We use that information for nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list.

How long we keep it

We keep early access enquiries until Culturely launches and you have told us whether you want to take part, or until you ask us to delete your details, whichever comes first.

Where it is held

Enquiries sit in our email system. This website is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard server request logs, including IP addresses, in order to serve the pages and protect against abuse.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@culturely.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this notice

Culturely is still in build, so this notice will be replaced with a fuller one covering the product itself before anyone uses it with their own employee data. Any change will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
